TGI Cement Featured at Guyana’s Building Exposition….Sales possibilities Ahead

TGI is well poised to grasp opportunities related to the Government of Guyana’s proposed housing development at Perseverance on the East Bank of Demerara.  The TGI brand was recently used in the construction of 15 low-income houses, which formed the model village on display at “Housing Solutions 2017 and Beyond”….an exposition held at Perseverance by the Government through its Central Housing and Planning Authority within the Ministry of Communities.

Currently, there is a significant need for low-income housing options in Guyana and this event was intended to be a stepping stone toward a future whereby the Government of Guyana realizes its vision for turn-key housing solutions to address the issue. It is anticipated that more than 200 turn-key houses will be erected at Perseverance over the next 12 to 18 months.

While at the expo, Team TGI also took full advantage of the platform by distributing pamphlets with discount vouchers and enjoyed good conversations with many potential homeowners.
